My Journey In Mass Building
I forgot today was gonna be the 29th.. It’s my sisters 16th birthday and the weather is cloudy so I figure I’ll go work on back outside instead of hiking. I’m going to try a new approach at my back workouts, more focus on the upper and middle back with the rows, and if I have the energy, I’ll do deadlifts afterwards. I don’t follow any programs, and maybe that’s my problem, but I do what I can with what I have outside.
My sister is getting a D300 for her birthday and one of the deals is that she must take pictures of me since the family camera is a piece of junk. I forreal need to start bulking now. haha
